Returns
All our products are for personal care use and are not eligible for returns.
If the product reached you damaged or opened, please let us know within 3 days of receiving the product at: contact@thebrownhealth.com

Refunds
The Brown Health management reserves the right to decide on all matters relating to refund claims including but not limited to product damage. Once a refund is approved, we will notify you and initiate the refund only through the original mode of payment.
For cash on delivery orders, we will send a credit note of equal value that can be used for future purchases. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card
Cancellation
Please note that as per our shipping policy, our orders are shipped within 1-3 days of placing the order (except in cases of bulk orders for which our customer service team will contact you). We except cancellations only within 3 days from placing the order. If you have placed the order and wish to cancel the order, please write to us at contact@thebrownhealth.com.
